Winter 2016 we ate a lot of curries for staff meal in the preserving kitchen to warm our cockles in between stirring simmering pots of marmalade. The inspiration for this accompaniment came via Saltie, a favorite Brooklyn restaurant. We freaked, especially when we figured it our that it's good with just about everything. That's when we knew we had to share it with the world. Apply liberally to curries, cheese, meats galore, sandwiches, and maybe even pizza.
