Mostarda is an Italian condiment of fruit in mustard syrup, often served with meats and cheeses. I would by no means claim this is a traditional mostarda, but it’s definitely delicious. Use it as you would a chutney-- in a grilled cheese sandwich, with pork loin or chicken, or just open up a jar to instantly elevate your cheese plate.
