Listen: It took me a decade to perfect pie-making, a beautiful but arduous ten years during which I had to learn and then unlearn everything I thought I knew. Making a perfect pie– flaky, tender, crisp, and excellent– is much easier than anyone realizes IF close attention is paid to details and common wisdom is forgotten. Come learn the ways of a pie magus, and have fun and eat delicious pie in the process! You will walk out a star.
